Dr. Kendra Terrazas graduated with her clinical doctorate in physical therapy in 2014 from East Tennessee State University. After living and working in Las Cruces for a stint, she went on to complete a year long orthopaedic residency in northern California. Since graduating from her residency program in 2019, she has become a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist and continues to love working with patients of all ages and helping them achieve their goals in an outpatient setting. When she is not working, she loves spending time on her little farm, hiking, and traveling with her husband. 

Dr. Michael Kolikant grew up in Las Cruces, NM. Prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Biologyfrom NMSU he served in the Israeli army as an infantry soldier. He worked as a wildland firefighterbefore attending physical therapy school. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from theUniversity of New Mexico in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter more thananything.

Carleen Sajkowsky is a physical therapist at MiraSol Physical Therapy with 31 years of experience. She has degrees from UTEP (1988) and Texas State University (1991) and has worked in a variety of settings throughout her career. She also holds a certified personal trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise and Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional (CFNIP) from Evergreen Certifications. 

Currently Carleen works with generalized orthopedics and TMD. She has a particular interest in analyzing and correcting movement disorders that tend to trigger chronic pain. 

Carleen's hobbies include gardening, taking care of her dogs, studying exercise routines (and trying a few out as well), and archery.

Dr. Carla Palmer graduated from Des Moines University in 2013 with a clinical doctorate in physical therapy (DPT). She has extensive experience in treating orthopedics and pelvic health conditions. Upon completion of 2,000 + hours of patient care in the specialty of pelvic health rehabilitation, Dr. Palmer was eligible to sit for the certification examination in 2022 and successfully completed this portion of her training to obtain the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC). When not working, she loves spending time in the outdoors, including hiking, biking, camping, traveling and playing musical instruments. adventures.

Kaitlin Hackworth is a dedicated Physical Therapy Exercise Technician at Back in Action Therapy, bringing over five years of experience in the field. Holding a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology, Kaitlin has worked in various clinical settings as a physical therapy and chiropractor technician, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Her caring, funny, and social nature fosters a positive and supportive environment for our patients.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her dog, and staying active at the gym. She aspires to further her education by attending a PTA program and ultimately working with disabled veterans, demonstrating her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Guided by her favorite quote, "Be there for others, but never leave yourself behind," Kaitlin embraces a balanced approach to her personal and professional life. With her unique qualities and experience, Kaitlin Hackworth ensures our patients at Back in Action Therapy receive exceptional care.

Leticia was born and raised in Las Cruces, NM. She has worked with multiple businesses in Las Cruces in which she has developed her years of experience in Management and Customer Service skills.  These years of experience have allowed her to build many professional relationships in the community.  In her free time Leticia enjoys spending time with family, her pup and working on house projects. 

Catherine, a California native, relocated to Las Cruces, NM two years ago, bringing with her over a decade of invaluable experience in the medical field. After dedicating significant time and energy to her career, Catherine made a heartfelt decision to take a hiatus, redirecting her focus to the core of her world-her family. Looking ahead, Catherine is set to embark on a new chapter, returning to school at NMSU in 2024 to earn her bachelor’s degree.
