Pelvic Health

For pelvic health issues we will send referrals to our partner clinic MiraSol Physical Therapy. At MiraSol, we have expert pelvic health therapists that specialize in the listed conditions and programs.

Physical therapy for pelvic health may include a range of techniques, including exercises to improve strength and mobility in the pelvic floor muscles, biofeedback to help individuals learn how to properly engage these muscles, and manual therapy to help reduce pain and improve function. Physical therapists may also provide education and guidance on how to perform activities of daily living with less strain on the pelvic area, and how to prevent future issues related to pelvic health. The goal of physical therapy for pelvic health is to help individuals improve their function and quality of life, and to reduce the impact of their condition on their daily activities.
