Dr. David Villarreal

Physical Therapist

Dr. Michael Kolikant grew up in Las Cruces, NM. Prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Biology
from NMSU he served in the Israeli army as an infantry soldier. He worked as a wildland firefighter
before attending physical therapy school. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the
University of New Mexico in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter more than
anything.

Dr. Tim Worley

Physical Therapist

Dr. Tim Worley graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2024. After graduating, Tim moved to Boulder, CO where he gave athletes and older adults the tools they needed to enjoy their hobbies/lives without pain. After working in Colorado for a year, Tim returned to Las Cruces, to join the Back in Action Family and help the local community return to activities that they love. Tim enjoys Rock Climbing, reading and spending time outdoors in his free time. 

Dr. Clarissa Diaz

Physical Therapist

Originally from Southern California, Clarissa has called El Paso, TX her home for most of her life. She received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2017, Masters of Science in Kinesiology in 2020, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022, all from UTEP. Her interests include athletic rehab and canine rehab, which she hopes to pursue in the future. She enjoys the outdoors and loves to spend time with her pup, Kersh.
