Dr. Michael Kolikant
Physical Therapist
Dr. Michael Kolikant grew up in Las Cruces, NM. Prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Biology
from NMSU he served in the Israeli army as an infantry soldier. He worked as a wildland firefighter
before attending physical therapy school. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the
University of New Mexico in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter more than
anything.
Zachary Manes
Physical Therapist Assistant
Zach grew up in Lovington, New Mexico. He graduated from NMSU in 2019 with a BS in Kinesiology. Zach obtained his PTA degree from San Juan College in 2022. When not at work, he enjoys exercising, golf, and spending time with his dog. Zach enjoys working with all ages and demographics, promoting a functional lifestyle for everyone.
Kaitlin Hackworth
Therapy Technician
Kaitlin Hackworth is a dedicated Physical Therapy Exercise Technician at Back in Action Therapy, bringing over five years of experience in the field. Holding a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology, Kaitlin has worked in various clinical settings as a physical therapy and chiropractor technician, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Her caring, funny, and social nature fosters a positive and supportive environment for our patients.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her dog, and staying active at the gym. She aspires to further her education by attending a PTA program and ultimately working with disabled veterans, demonstrating her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Guided by her favorite quote, "Be there for others, but never leave yourself behind," Kaitlin embraces a balanced approach to her personal and professional life. With her unique qualities and experience, Kaitlin Hackworth ensures our patients at Back in Action Therapy receive exceptional care.
Lauryn Corrigan
Therapy Technician
Lauryn Corrigan is a committed Physical Therapy Exercise Technician at Back in Action Therapy. Before joining our team, she honed her leadership and adaptability skills as a restaurant manager at Denny's. Now, she's passionately pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, demonstrating her dedication to professional growth and her ambition to become a Physical Therapist.
Originally hailing from Farmington, NM, and having resided in the Houston area, Lauryn moved to Cruces in 2021. This geographical journey reflects her adaptability and openness to new experiences. When not assisting our patients or pursuing her studies, Lauryn enjoys reading, traveling, and socializing with friends. With her unique background and determination, Lauryn Corrigan brings a distinctive touch to patient care at Back in Action Therapy.
